"Those that can be comfortable with the uncomfortable, will win." Or if they don't win, they will be able to get MUCH further than those that can't be as comfortable. You hear it all over the social media threads about how you are supposed to embrace the grind, and that good things take hard work, and that nothing worthwhile comes easy. And as much as I agree with these comments, how are you supposed to get better at it? Like any workout or any skill, you have to be able to improve with practice or with repetition. I guess you can say that your life can be the practice, but its life so you don't really get to practice. You are just in it and trying to take care of business. Sure you are dealing with it but its more of a survival mode rather than CHOOSING to make it uncomfortable so that you can improve on your ability to deal with it. But this is where we can help. When you choose to come to the INFERNO, we give you a daily opportunity to test yourself. Yes, we push your strength and your conditioning, your flexibility and your coordination. But on a bigger picture, we present you a chance to safely make your world uncomfortable and then work to improve on how you handle it. You might think how bad the workout is and how much it hurts, or that you can't get this movement, or why you even showed up today. Or, you can walk back to the bar with your body screaming at you, your lungs on fire, and go for another rep. You might get it, or you might not but you step back up and go for it. Again and again and again! Those that are more comfortable in these moments will be able to keep making attempts at the rep. Those that aren't will either just walk back and forth and, in frustration, stop trying or will lower the weight to make the situation easier. This action is 100% translatable to your normal real-world life. When it's hard and painful, will you keep taking attempts to get through it, will you give up and complain about how hard it is, or hope that someone will make it easier for you. Our program is the best around for strength and conditioning but it's SO MUCH more. It will help you to improve in ways that you will NOT even know! If you can handle more, in any area of your life, then wouldn't your life be better? The answer is YES! So let's get to work!!!:)
