100% buy-in is a simple concept. It means that whatever you are choosing to do, you are going for it all the way. Many say they are All-In but then they want to throw these strange contingencies and exceptions on the process. They think that they will get the exact same results by "sort-of" doing the regular process but then changing a few things that are uncomfortable to them. I'm not saying improvements can't be made on a process but for the most part, if you are having "Buy-In" to something, its because you DON'T can't do it on your own. You need assistance to get the results. It's not bad to want help. It's not degrading to walk in the footsteps of someone else who will be able to get you to where you want to get to. But this means you follow the plan to the tee and you accept all the issues that go along with it. These issues might be discomfort physically, mentally, financially, time-wise, stress-wise, diet-wise, etc. Discomfort doesn't mean its bad. It doesn't mean it's not working. If you have chosen to Buy-In to the plan, the process, the training, the diet, etc, then you can't let these thing distract you from what you are trying to achieve. The desire to reach these goals has to be greater than the annoyance of these discomforts. If the plan is a better diet to lose weight and look and feel better, and you get a nutritional coach that sets you up a plan. You find yourself only eating at certain times whereas before you would eat whenever your schedule allowed it. sometimes early. Sometimes late. You find yourself being told to take 2-3 hours on Sundays to get all your food ready for the week but you want to relax and try to spread your prepping out over the week. You have a busy day and can't eat all day until 1030pm and its not your prepped food. You tell yourself 80/20-ish healthy eating will work, or just eat "OK" and it will still work. You have friends in town and decide to throw your diet "just for this day" since you don't want to be unsocial. You tell yourself these changes are no big deal and you will get right back on the wagon tomorrow. You make these changes to fit your comfort and what happens? NOTHING! You need to be ALL-IN for it to work! When you are, you will see how much faster your results will be. So the next time you say you're ALL-IN, accept it ALL: the good and bad, and see the results HAPPEN!! Trust the PROCESS by going ALL-IN!!:)
