When you decide to go for something you want, you CHOOSE to take on all the difficult times that go along with it. If you want to lose weight and you decide to go on a diet, then you CHOOSE to deal with the confusion of weighing your food, or meal prepping, or even being hungry when you normally aren't. But these things are bad. They are just inconveniences to your normal and current life. If you want to get stronger and you join a gym and decide to do a strength cycle, then you CHOOSE to take the pain, fatigue, aches, and soreness that goes along with it. These things don't mean it's not working. It just means those are part of breaking down your body to get stronger. If you decide to get a particular job, then you CHOOSE to deal with all the stuff that goes along with it. Maybe it's the bossy boss, or the long hours, or the extreme environment. But you CHOOSE to go into these things. Now if you don't like it, then you have the complete power to CHOOSE to get out of it. And if you get out of it then you will be acknowledging that you will deal with all that comes with it: lack of money, having to look for another job, not eating out, etc. The thing is that you have the power to decide if you want to go this path or that path. And when you do, you are accepting everything that goes along with it. There will be good things, there will be bad things, there will be easy things and very hard things. This doesn't mean its not the right path. It just means its THE path. Don't get distracted by those things. If you want the path or that "thing" then keep your head down and keep moving. Those that don't want it will stop at a few bumps. The winners will go to the end or until they CHOOSE to switch! Which are you!:)
