Ever heard "you get out of it what you put into it"? It's an old phrase that has been around for a long long time. And even though there are so many phrases out there in social media, this one has a massive dose of honesty to it. The fact is that you can't get results in ANYTHING if you just KINDA do it. If you want to lose weight, you have to make sure that EVERY meal is a healthy one. Not just one with a sprig of broccoli on the plate. If you want to get stronger, you have to consistently work on your mobility to improve your range of motion instead of just slapping weight on and doing some bad reps. If you want to get Ring Muscle Ups, it will take daily work of drills, transitions, pulling and pushing strength work, and building capacity. Not trying for three days then stopping. If you want your relationship to be better, then it's DAILY work and attention to the relationship and your bae. Not just one super nice date and then figure you are good to go for a month. If you want to be better in school, then you have to be able to study and sometimes blow of those times where everyone is out playing. Not only doing school during the actual class time. The point here is that anything you want to accomplish or improve WILL TAKE WORK. There is no easy way about it. No one is going to do it for you. This can be a scary thing, but it's also a VERY empowering thing! Its all in your hands. And even though there won't be anyone to blame if it doesn't work out other than yourself, the better thing is that there is only ONE person who gets all the credit when it does, YOU! Don't ever be afraid, or give up because something is going to take work. EVERYTHING TAKES WORK!! Be stoked for yourself that YOU are doing YOU and doing the work! Be proud of yourself! Great things will come, just have to put in that work:)
