How many times have you made a decision or a choice and then you were upset at yourself for making that choice? It happens every once in a while, and for some, it happens all the time. Imagine what it would feel like to regret or be upset at every choice you made! It's almost like a bit of FOMO (fear of missing out) because they are missing out on this or that based on the choice. But the problem with this is that when we do this, we NEVER are able to reap the benefits of the decision we made. Think about it, you come up to a moment where a choice has to be made and you will go through a series of steps in your head trying to determine the best course of action. You may take into account how much it costs, if it will make someone else mad, if it will stop you from doing other things you need to do, to many other variables. You know EXACTLY what the decision will mean so there is no reason to get upset or feel like you are missing out when you took all of that into consideration. The worst part is when this evaluation happens and the second you make it you are looking back at the "what if"s for making the other decision. Now you are stuck in limbo because you can't move forward with your choice and you can't really go back to make the other choice. You need to have confidence in yourself and the choices you make. This doesn't mean you will know what to do every single time. But it means that you are secure enough that no matter what happens, you will run fast and hard once the choice is made so that you can get it to it. Allow yourself to maximize the choice you made. It might not be the "best" but more than likely it won't be that far off as long as you get into the action and then adjust once you are in it. Be confident. Don't look back. Be much happier!! :)
