The Grind.  IT is in every element of your life.  It could happen in the work space.  It can happen in the relationship space.  It can happen in the training space.  It can happen in the hobby space.  It can happen in the entrepreneurial space.  Basically its the act of working.  Not just the work but the day in and the day out drive to get to a certain point.  Probably the most famous social media type that pushes this is Gary Vaynerchuk, or Gary Vee.  He talks about the grind.  He talks about how during his 20's he was working from early morning to late night to get his "things" set up while his friends were all out having "fun".  His advice to many new entrepreneurs is that you have to be totally fired about what you are doing because the amount of work and effort you will need to put into making your [whatever] successful is a SHIT-ton!  It's not 9-5.  It's looking right past vacations and breaks so that you can get a leg up on what you are trying to do.  The funny thing is that EVERYONE says that they grind.  Everyone says that they push super hard.  Yes, there will be days that you do.  But is this the norm?  If it's not the norm then you aren't GRINDING.  You can still take a moment to take care of yourself but you are buried in your quest.  For those that are "grinding" and need to make sure that everyone around you knows it, guess aren't grinding.  If you were, you wouldn't have the time or the concern to worry about telling everyone whats up.  You would be busy doing your thing.  If you are one of those grinders crushing it, here's to you!  Its people like you that have made all the great accomplishment in the world possible.  Grind on!  and have a great Sunday!  :)
