None of us like to feel worthless or not liked.  But since we are so worried about what others are thinking, we have built up this ego wall to "protect" us.  The ego will make us do things, that maybe we shouldn't do so that it looks like we are equal or better than others.  The ego will have us make sure to give our excuses to everyone in the room or on social media because we feel the need to make sure it is known why we are doing, or not doing, whatever.  When the ego gets kicked up, the majority of the time, we fall flat on our faces.  Here's the thing; you don't need to tell people why you did well or why you did badly and you don't need to prove anything to anyone for a few reasons: 1) in the big scheme of life, it really doesn't matter, 2) fewer people that you really think are truly interested, and 3) you are wasting time on things, and people, that aren't going to help or improve your situation in any way.  It's EXTREMELY important to drop your ego.  A perfect place to practice this is here in the INFERNO.  It's a safe place for you to push yourself, fail, go to those dark place, succeed, and everything in between without concern of people talking.  Mostly because they are all working out too.  Now that you are in a safe place, you can practice picking, and doing, the right things rather than doing the "ego-driven" things.  Don't let the need for others acceptance trump your path to where you are trying to go.  Its your journey! Not theirs! :)
