It's almost here! Its the eve of Christmas Eve! You are probably running around trying to remember last minute gifts, or just remembering what food you will want to have for the big day, or maybe just wondering what it's going to be like at all because you know it's going to be a "different" one this year! Make sure you take a second in all the fuss to sit for a moment and take a deep breath. If you have a million things happing at once, with family, kids, presents, your house decor, visitors, food, music, pictures, etc all exploding and happening at once in your house, then give yourself a moment to relax both your body and your brain so you can attack it with all your might to make it a Christmas to remember! If you are "worried" about it because it's not the Christmas you are expecting. Maybe because of having or not having particular people there, or it's a money thing, or its just "normal", again just take a deep breath and clear your head. Calm all the emotions for a short while. It will all be ok. If for some reason you think it will be the worst day ever, then take a loooooong deep breath and realize its only 24 hours then its gone until next year. At the end of the day, the season is about giving love and showing love. Don't let yourself get hung up on the whole "perfect Christmas" thing. There really isn't one. Show love and give love. Then you are doing and experiencing what Christmas is really about. With all the hustle and bustle, at the center, there should be a moment of quiet joy and love. Take a deep breath and smile:)
