We have talked about those voices in your head that tell you to stop.  You cant make it, you’re done, etc.  All the negative voices.  But there are some voices that we seem to miss.  And the reason we miss it as a “bad” voice is because it is dressed up as a positive voice.  Have you heard this one? “you can stop now…you did great”, or “thats all you have and you did great”, or other variations like this.  The reason i say these are negative voices that are disguised as positive is because of this:  if you have to tell yourself that you worked hard enough then you probably didnt.  Why do you feel you need to say that you “gave all you have”?  Is it to make yourself feel better that you didnt get the result that you wanted?  DONT LISTEN TO THOSE VOICES!!!  When you go and do whatever it is that you are doing, just KNOW that are giving it all you have.  Giving it all you have IS what you do.  Dont go and give yourself a participation award. Just get in there and DO YOUR THING!:)
