You are what you do regularly.   Yes, you can change things but you need to make it something you do regularly for it to become a real "part" of you.  If you regularly eat like crap, then you are one that has to deal with the ramifications of eating crap regularlySure you can diet but if you don't get it into your regular life, then it's not part of you.  If you regularly take the shortcuts, lie, cheat, are negative, pessimistic, etc, then that is the person you are.  If you regularly do bad movements, sloppy movements, or short movements, then that is what you will do.  Here are three different examples, all different areas of your life and even though they are all extremely different, the way to fix or change it is the same.  You have to make the "right things" your regular things.  It takes time. It takes work.  It takes diligence.  It takes determination.  But it can be done.  To be the "whatever" you want to be, you have to do whatever it takes to make that change.  Just make it happen!!  :)
