Everyone is watching to see what events are coming up for the CrossFit Regionals.  The competitors are getting anxious, the gym members are getting curious, and the all the hopefuls are wondering if they would be able to do what comes out.  Would you be afraid of something MIGHT pop up?  Let's bring it even closer to home, do you look at the workout and see something you suck at and decide not to go?  Or to "go and hike" instead?  Why?  For most, nobody likes to do something they suck at.  We don't like to feel lame or stupid or dumb, or uncoordinated. For these reasons, many will decide to go do something else.......and NEVER get better at these things.  They will ALWAYS turn away when these things come up.  If you are a competitor, then you CANT be worried about ANYTHING that comes up that you have to do.  If you are then it means that you haven't trained it enough.  Dave Castro, Director of the CrossFit Games, has said, if you are worried about anything coming up, then you have no right to be at the Games.  And for the hopefuls.....you know what you suck at.  What are you doing to fix that?  Is it taking a little extra time for mobilization?  Is it working on your strength?  Is it spending time on your gymnastic skills?  Is it pushing yourself more when you get to the point of wanting to stop?  You know what it is, so fix it.  If you dont know how, then ask your trainers, research on youtube, or better yet hire a one on one coach to help you get through whatever issue you have:)
