Every day you wake up, you are confronted with 2 choices: either all in, or not. Usually, the whole "all in" thing is reserved for those big things choices and decisions you have to deal with but if you think about it, this two choice set up happens for everything like you are either going to brush your teeth or not, you are either going to study for the test or not, you are either going to get a great present for your significant other or you arent, you are either going to train for the event or your not, you are either going to get that job or career you want or you arent. There aren't "sort of's" in there. If you sort of brush your teeth then you will get cavities and your breath will stink so you really didnt do it. If you sit for 2 hours to study but you are watching tv or messing around on your phone, then you will get a crap grade so you really didnt study. And the same thing will happen wth the other choices. This means that you get to decide exactly what you are going to be doing. There shouldnt be any bad feelings or feelings of regret or wasted time thinking about what you couldve/shouldve/wouldve done because you actually decided to do exactly what you did. So, if you decide to do it and be ALL IN, then give it everything you have because otherwise, you are just wasting your time. It would have been better to not do anything at all. You could have used that time wasted on something else. But if you decide not to go ALL IN, then accept the results of that without any remorse. And move forward. :)
