Well, you shouldn't!  You need to find a way to keep going.  You have to remember that what happened in the past already happened and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.  The only thing you can do is focus on what you are doing right NOW and what is going to be coming up.  Let the past go. Move forward.  Otherwise, you will get stuck.  You don't want that!:)
