Its the day before Thanksgiving.  And we are heavily into the swing of all kinds of bad eating choices for the holidays.  Don't just throw in the towel and not care about what you put in your mouth.  Sure you can have some of the tasty treats but don't be crazy about it.  Concentrate on the time being about spending time with family and friends.  Not a time that has only to do with crazy foods or insanely delicious treats.  Or if food is the centerpiece of your holidays then get online and see about creating some better choices.  Try something new!  It's amazing how many people have already paved the way for you to be able to succeed during the holidays.  Use them and all their creativity to help make your holidays Festive, but also and healthy and delicious as you can!  Travel safe!!!!  And Happy Thanksgiving!!!.   :)
