"What if" is one of the scariest questions you can ever ask.  It usually is never followed by a positive statement but rather a VERY negative or one that is the ultimate fail.  It's the question that stops us from doing things.  You may be doing something that is risky and the "What If" will kill any drive.  Or it will be the thing that makes us freeze in our tracks.  "What If" kills FLOW.  You cant have any sort of FLOW if you are worried or obsessing about failure.  In fact, I'd say that the state of "What if" is the complete opposite of FLOW.  "What If" also is concerning yourself with things that you cant control.  All this does is wreak havoc on your body.  You get thrown into Fight or Flight mode for (mosre than likely) a situation that isnt anywhere close to being a true fight or flight incidient.  What im saying is dont let yourself get caught and NOT doing this or that because of your FEAR of WHAT IF.  Make your best choice and then go for it! :)
