So I'm reading the book, Ready Player One. It's about a young kid, Perceval, and millions of others, that basically exist and live in a virtual world called the OASIS. My favorite parts are all of the 1980's references to moves, music, and video games, etc. And the other reason I like it so much is that I really am a technology junkie. Not that I have everything out there, but I love being "connected". I love having things at my fingertips. And I really can't wait to see what things (games, other technologies, cities, and worlds, etc) will be developed in my lifetiime. With that being said, there was a part in the book where Perceval was spending so much time on the OASIS and really wasn't doing anything healthy, or physical. He stated he was gaining weight, and getting unhealthy. Picture if you will the South Park Episode where the four kids are putting non-stop time into the World of Warcraft to beat a character that is running around killing everyone. They went from the normal looking cartoon characters to WAY overweight, unclean, unsightly, and unhealthy. Well in Ready Player One, Perceval realized his health was declining also and he was able to add an app to his virtual reality console that would record a number of calories burned during the day and a number of calories taken in. It would be able to keep track of all your food, all your exercise and track everything. If you did not do a particular amount of exercise and burn a certain amount of calories, then the console would go into alocked mode until you were at the required amount for the day. Can you imagine this???? I think it would be AMAZING!!!! I grew up with video games (the beginning stages of them anyways) and I would play them for hours upon hours by myself and with my friends. BUT, we also all played sports and would play "ditch-em" or "capture the flag" or other sports and games for hours as well. We burned our calories for sure! I wish this app was already in existence. Id love to see kids having to exercise before they use their technology. No matter how connected we get, we still have a body that is supposed to run all of our systems for the technology to work. Use your workouts and your nutrition to help you be able to BE better no matter what world you are living in! Time to make the donuts!! :)

*each of these reps is a thruster then an OHS. Do the 7 reps on one arm then do 7 reps on the other. Yes, its 2 squats per rep.
