Your words become your actions.  Your actions become your habits.  Your habits become your values.  Your values become your destiny."  This is a quote by Mahatma Ghandi.  It seems very simple but it really is true.  So many people talk about believing in yourself or the power of positive thoughts.  And this quote shows why.  Its the idea that you are what you do, and depending on what you do, you cant hid from the person you are.  If you dont believe you can do something......you wont be able to.  You have to see yourself doing it, hear the sounds, smell the smells, and truly believe it will happen.  From this, your body will just go into auto pilot and do what its supposed to do.  But you cant trick yourself.  You cant say you will be able to do something but then inside not think you can.  That wont work.  There have been many ways people have tried to block out that negative inner voice.  Sometimes its using a short positive mantra over and over and over, sometimes its talking out loud or even being really loud to drown out the voices, sometimes its breathing deep and using a power stance and letting yourself follow that,  However you do it, you have to keep it positive.  But not positive like "i will win", but positive in how you will perform.  Something like, "I am strong, i can keep going!"  This way its not a fail or a negative if you dont "win".  This stuff takes practice.  Try it out.  Shut out those bad vibs!:)

.......Min 4)  50' Hand Stand Walk (or shoulder touches for :30 on wall)
