Accountability is what drives success. We all talk about dedication, determination and desire, and these are VERY important, but what helps to ensure these things is accountability. Accountability is requires us to be held to our standard. When you have a training partner, you will be more likely to go and workout, especially on those days you reeeeeeeaaaaaallllllly dont want to. It keeps you accountable. When we record our scores on the board, we are showing everyone what we got and it is holding us accountable to do our best. When you have a coach or advisor that you need to report to, it forces you to stay on your game and not let things distract you. And in Team Workouts, most people try harder because they dont want to let the team down. This is holding you accountable to doing your best for the team. Accountability is the icing on the "training cake". So if you really want those improvements, make sure you have that accountability in your system!
