What do you need to rejuvenate yourself?  Does it have to be a week long vacation on a tropical beach?  (man that sounds awesome!!!)  Sometimes we feel that we need something this big to actually be "worthy" of being able to bring us back to normal/fresh/rested, or whatever it is that we need.  In reality, what we are really looking for is a perception change.  Basically we need to find a way to switch from the glasses we are currently wearing and the lenses we are currently looking through and switching them for some rose-colored shades that make us happy when we look through them.  This can be done with some simple meditation time, or maybe listening to a favorite album, looking through some pictures, watching a movie, or just taking a nap.  Actually it can be anything but you hav to let go of the idea that it has to be some massive thing.  Enjoy those little things around you.  There are tons of those things around you.  Just stop and take a breath and enjoy on of those little things and get those happy lenses back:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
