What drives you?  Is it your family?  Your kids? Your significant other? Your pride? Your goals? Your passion?  Your hate?  Honestly it can be anything.  But it has to be something that when things get tough, they get really bad, that you wont stop.  That you will stay in the fight until the end.  But whats strange is depending on the situation, there will be a different list of drivers.  So there may be some situations that we simply will go until the bitter end, and others where we will stop basically right out of the gate.  We need to do our best to be as consistent as possible in these situations.  The more we dont get bogged down in the crap and just do what we need to do and make shit happen, the more that becomes our norm in all situations.  Imagine all the amazing things you can achieve when you stop complaining about how bad it is and you just buckle down and make shit happen.  Shit will actually happen!  So take those big powerful drivers and apply them to all of your stuff and make things happen!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
