You can’t put a price on happiness.  It’s amazing how good you feel when you do YOUR thing.  It can be anything.  Maybe it’s knitting, or shooting guns, or doing crossfit.  We need to try to keep it as what we love rather than what we need .  We all say that we are addicted to crossfit but we really need to be careful with this.  An addiction is something that we NEED and if we don’t have it, we can’t function.  There are both physical and psychological additions.  Crossfit can actually feel like both.  In fact, MANY top CrossFitters have been addicted to other things, like drug and alcohol, and were able to use crossfit in exchange for these other addictions.  But we need to remember that our workouts are part of a lifestyle that makes us feel good.  There is a community of people, there is nutrition, there is blood sweat and tears, there is cheering, there are new achievements, there is competition, there is growth through injuries and rehab, there is relearning, there is having fun.  All of these things can give us what we crave from feeling wanted, to feeling worth, to feeling healthy, younger and more confident.  What would you pay for this?  It really is priceless.  So embrace your crossfit life as what you do and what you are rather than what you need.  Your not addicted to it… are living it:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
