How do you wake up in the morning?  Are you bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to attack the day, or are you laying there in bed thinking how much crap you have to do and that it will be impossible to get to everything and that you will end up failing everything and having the worst day ever?  Oh yes these are two big extremes but there is a point to it.  You have 2 ways to set yourself up for the day: positive or negative.  You may even need to trick yourself into the correct mindset.  I have two things i do that work for me.  1) if its an early wake up time, then i force myself NOT to think about anything until after i take my nice warm shower.  My body will feel better, i feel refreshed, clean, awake and that lets me start my process in a happy positive state.  2) if i am able to hang out in bed for like 5 mins before i NEED to get up, or if i have a moment before im actually and really starting the day, i will look at a couple Instagrams that have messages that resonate with me.  There are hundreds of them out there.  Two of my favorite are AfroBrutality and The Angry Therapist.  They both have their own way of saying "come on you can do it".  Sometimes is business driven, sometimes its relationship driven, sometimes its personal self bettering driven.  These work for me but you need to find what works for you.  Figure that out and start your day off right.......then go crush it:)
