When things get tough, how do you make it through?  The easy answer is you just get to work.  This means you dont sit there and think about how bad things are, how you wish it didnt happen to you, how its not fair, how its this/that persons fault, that its just too hard, etc.  People, since there have been people, have made it through situations that they should have died, made it through times that would make most want to stop and give up.  But there is ALWAYS an option and thats to keep going.  This will sound a bit extreme but if you quit you dont have an option.  If you keep going and fighting then at least its still on your terms and its your decision about what you going to do rather than the situation dictating what you will do.  yes this is easier said than done but again, dont waste time and energy thinking about how bad and hard it is, just do what you need to do. Take that step forward, then another, then another, then another......:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
