You have been attached to your body for all the years you have been on this planet.  This means that there isnt ANYONE who knows your body more than you do.  The weird thing is that we seem to not listen to it the way we need to.  There is a time to train, a time to rehab, a time to modify, a time to rest, a time to sleep, a time to bring the intensity up, a time to bring the intensity down, etc, etc.  You NEED to be able to really listen to it.  What makes this hard is that there are times you dont want to workout  but you should and you have to fight the voice that says to just go home.  Then there are times when you want to workout and you shouldnt and you have to fight the voice that says to get in there an mix it up.  So how do you know which one is right?  Well the only real way to know is to look at yourself in the mirror all by yourself and answer what you should do.  You know what the right answer is.  We have become so good at justifying out of what we need to do that we start to believe our own "lies".  Dont let these cloud the information you need to hear to decide what you should be doing each day.  Be honest with yourself so you can get the most out of yourself:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
