Do you set your demeanor for the day or do you let the world around you set it?  I know when i wake up and its sunny outside, it usually will put a smile on my face and give me a little ho in my step.  Bu what about those really foggy, grey, people on the road cant drive, you burned your bacon, you ran out of toilet paper, you got some bad emails, etc etc etc......  How is your day then?  Yes those are all crappy things that can change your mood in a second but if we LET it happen then we are slaves to our surroundings.  Those are just things happening around us.  They shouldnt change our mood, demeanor, or the out come of the day.  You are in control of your day.  Dont be a twig floating down the river of your life.  Life is full of shitty things. It can be very ugly if thats what you choose to concentrate on.  But YOU can control your day.  Dont be the slave...be the master!  Make everyday a good day:)
