There has been a bunch of hate talk on Crossfit and the things we dont both in the fitness program and the Sport of Fitness.  But i saw an article earlier today that was EXTREMELY refreshing.  It talked about how people can hate on crossfit all they want but it is NOT a fad and it IS here to stay.  The reasons they gave were very honest, insightful and true!  So with out giving away the authors words ill let you read it.  Its a quick and easy read and what i really found interesting is that its in a e-magazine that usually doesnt have the best things to say about crossfit.  Check it out:)
