Ever had one of those days that you don't want to workout? Sure you have. We all have. But before you walk out you need to decide what you are really doing.  Are you just being a baby? Are you tired and the rest will be better for you? Are you not feeling like pushing real hard so you need to scale something? Are you just not feeling confident so you need to do some stuff that you will do well in to feel confident again?  Are you feeling like you are sick? I could go on and on because your brain can come up with an unlimited amount of excuses. First if you are tired, then you better not workout but better sleep. If you say you are tired and then do other stuff, then you are being a baby. Remember sleep is when we heal and recover. So sleep if you need it. All of the other excuses are just things you need to adjust to. It can be done. Be strong and just make things happen. Seize the day and make it yours! FEEL THE BURN!!!!
