We talk about the CORE all the time.....so when do we start with the crunches?!? Yeah I know, we don't do and won't do crunches here. First off, it's not full range of motion in flexion of your torso but more importantly, the object of your core is to support your midline. So to increase the strength of your core we have you squat with weight on your shoulders, weight in the front rack, weight overhead, we do deadlifts and cleans all which are forcing your core (yep those sexy abs and obliques) to get stronger and tighter. You don't need to do crunches. And one last thing, if you want to see those abs.........then you need to check your nutrition:) FEEL THE BURN!!!!
