In our quest for health and fitness, we try a ton of different things.  Change our diet, change our workout routine, change supplements we take, change how many times we workout, etc.  People will make these changes and instantly say "yep everything is better now!".  But is it really?  How do you know? It takes time to REALLY see if there was a positive or a negative change.  And the ONLY way you will really be able to tell is if you journal EVERYTHING that happens when you make the change.  You need to see yourself as scientist.  A scientist will try to keep as many variable constant EXCEPT for the one change thats made.  Once those things are controlled, then information is collected.  The things you would journal if you did this would be: how you slept, did you fall asleep fast,how your workout was, what you ate, did you feel like you had more energy during the workout, more energy through the day, do you feel more anxious or more calm than normal, are you getting sick, etc.  After a handful of weeks,you can go back and see if the change really helped you or not.  We ask you to take your fitness into your hands because its the ONE thing you can  personally affect as you see fit.  Make sure the thing you do are working!  If you have any questions, let us know!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
