Everyday we will give you cues, coaching, comments, examples, etc of proper movement, positioning and posture.  We will harp on you and even bug the CRAP out of you about it.  Maybe its because im a dad and thats what parents do..."stand up straight! dont slouch! Shoulders back!", etc!  But its not about trying to bother you.  There is a reason that we want you to be positioned correctly.....so that you can move the maximum amount of weight in the safest and most efficient way possible.  But many of you have just started your training with us, and even those that have been around a long time have been training for lets say 5 years!  What does 0-5 years of training do to 15-30 years of bad movement?  So YES we will keep bugging you to get your posture right while you are in the gym.  The other 23 hours is up to you!  Its important to CONSTANTLY think about it so that you can truly retrain your body to stand correct, move correct,  position yourself correct and then be able to reap the benefits of maximizing efficiency!  So.....STAND UP STRAIGHT, SHOULDERS BACK, TIGHTEN YOUR STOMACH, SQUEEZE YOUR BUTT, RIBS DOWN, SCREW YOUR FEET INTO THE GROUND, AND KEEP YOUR HEAD NEUTRAL TO YOUR SPINE.  I think that covers it:) FEEL THE BURN!!!!
