The INFERNOs are businesses that deal in customer service.  We want our members to really enjoy their time with us and their experiences.  In the normal business world, the mantra is the "customer is always right".  Well, Crossfit is not normal and really never has been.  Most businesses are concerned with making money.  Sure the customer is right, but thats because they just want your money and they don't want to piss you off so that you come back.  With us, we are customer driven but we are coaches at the same time.  If you have ever been an athlete or been involved in sports, you will remember that there were some coaches that pissed yo off because they didn't let you do what you wanted to do.  I remember times like that.  What i didn't see back then was that the coach was trying to get me to do "something".  He wanted a particular response from my body, he wanted me to get stronger, he wanted me to move better.  We are the same way.  There may be somethings that you hear from us that you don't like.  Maybe you want to do something, or lift a certain weight in the workout and we stop you, change it, or modify it somehow.  PLEASE understand that we are NOT trying to stop your from reaching your goals.  We want all of you to achieve everything you want to achieve BUT we will NOT let you hurt yourself in the process.  Getting stronger isn't just about adding more weight.  If you can't move right, then you are setting yourself up to get injured.  Let us help you move better so you can move more.  Let us work with you to achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.  Everything we do is to make YOU better and more functional for longer!
