Of course we want all of you to come to the gym today and do our workout.  But if you are feeling like you need to be a good human, our friends at Obsidian Crossfit will be doing their Barbell for Boobs Event from 1030am-1230pm tomorrow in Grover Beach in the Fin's Restaurant parking lot right before the beach at Grand Ramp.  Crossfit is about Community.  yes there is the tight knit group of your home gym (this is your family) but when you look at all the crossfitters coming together for a purpose, then it just shows how powerful this community can be.  IF you get the chance, make it out there and bang some weights with some locals:) FEEL THE BURN!!!!
