The Central Coast Weight Lifting Championships Registration will be ending this weekend and we want you to not miss this opportunity!!  There is something unique about a weightlifting competition.  You are tested completely on your own.  Sure many of you have done some individual events like a crossfit competition, a fun run, or even a spartan race.  But there are very few activities that put you out in front of everyone all by yourself. Im not saying this to try to scare you.  The fact is that you gain a TON by doing events like this.  One of the things that was new for many of you when you joined the INFERNO was the fact that you were responsible for how you perform.  Remember how tough this was?  But heres a change to grow again.  It doesnt matter if you are an advanced lifter, a new lifter, or a scared lifter.  The more times we get to get out in front and test our abilities, we win.  This event is not about winning.  Its about opportunity.  Dont miss your opportunity:)

FEEL THE BURN!!!
