"It was horrible." Yeah this comment comes up every once in a while about the workouts. Usually the comment means that it was painful. But then they all are. Sometimes it has to do with a movement that we arent good at. But then we try to eliminate, and need to constantly keep that brain learning, keeping those neurons in the brain firing. Sometimes the comment has to do with the fact that we haven't worked out in a while and we lost some conditioning or we partied a little bit the night before and we are detoxing a bit. But then its always tough to jump back on the wagon. Basically, EVERY workout we do is difficult and painful but this is why they work. We don't do simple or easy. But we do this because we all want something from this training. So as we battle our way through these "horrible" wods, just think about the gold at the end of the rainbow.
