Ok kids my leg is sore and im tired hahah  Surgery was supposed to be at 2pm in LA.  Ended up being at 630pm.  Couldnt eat until about 11pm.  Zapped back to ol' wrestlng days.  And got home at 1am.  Whew.  Have a great workout today!!!
