So here we go again!!!  now we could talk about all kinds of strategies for those of you trying to get that super high score.  But today we will be talking to those of you who dont quite have a Chest to Bar Pull-up.  What the heck are you supposed to do if you dont have one?  These workouts that we do everyday push you both mentally and physically, whether you scale them or not.  Today you dont get the chance to scale.  This doesnt mean its a bad thing, or that its something to make you fail.  Take it as a test for you to really see what you can do.  HOw often do you really push yourself to try something that you dont think you can do?  If you have NEVER done one of these, then today IS NOT about the workout......its about seeing how close you are to getting one....just one.  You will have 3 minutes to get through the Overhead squats and then the remaining time to see what happens.  Be fired about this!!  If you have NEVER done one then what do you have to lose??  NOTHING!!!  So lets do this!!!  Lets get excited and see if you can get one of those impossible movements to be possible!!!!  Good Luck today! Complete the Following:

With a Continuous Clock:

.......3 minutes to complete 2 Rounds of:

..............10 reps Overhead Squats (95#, 65#)

.............10 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups

.......3 minutes to complete 2 Rounds of:

..............12 reps OHS

..............12 reps C2B Pull-ups

.......3 minutes to complete 2 Rounds of:

..............14 reps OHS

..............14 reps C2B Pull-ups

*this continues to increase by 2 reps each round of 3 minutes.  If you dont complete the needed work in the round then you are done at the end of that 3 minute round.
