So i was asked today how a mustache is supposed to promote Prostate Cancer Awareness.  I had to sit there for a second and think about it.  The movement started in Australia with the idea of trying to bring back the coolness of facial hair as it was in the 70's.  When they wanted the movement to grow, they decided to attach it to a good cause.  And whats the "mans disease"?  Prostate Cancer.  So what is something represents "man"?.....the MUSTACHE!!!!  Thus, we sport the 'stache to support awareness for Men's Health, and Prostate Cancer.  Dudes, join us by growing a lip jacket and Ladies, join us by standing by us as we get all 70's porned out.  BRING ON THE FUZZ!![youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWvAIP0hqaI]

How important is movement?  It is the key to everything we do.  The better we move, the more weight we can move, the stronger and faster we are, the less injured we are, the more functional we are.  Its the key to what we do in our life.  We can sit and talk about whose VO2 Max score is better, or what our comparison to a national average on a 1.5 mile run but when you get down to it, whats more important is performance.  All the other numbers are great but if you cant perform then whats the point.  The key to what we do is movement.  This takes understanding what the movement is and practicing it regularly, having the mobility to get as much range of movement as possible and not be working against yourself, and then concentrating on that movement even when you are tired.  If we are able to train our bodies to move a particular way then even when we are exhausted we will default to proper movement.  Dont sacrifice the time for bad movement.  Even in competition where finishing fast is the top priority, you have to remember that better movement will save energy, allow you to be ready for the next workout, and make your recovery much quicker.  Be Smart about your movement!

FEEL THE BURN!!!!!
