Its amazing how important sleep is to your recovery and your health.  Without the right amount of sleep you will be angry, frustrated, bothered, short tempered, not as strong, not as fast, and not care enough about anything.  Everyones amount they need is different.  Your job is to make sure tat you are able to get what you need.  Now sure tat doesnt always happen.  If you are sleep deprived then you need to recognize that and not let yourself get so bothered with everything.  Give yourself a break.  Do what you NEED to do right then.  If you miss something you WANT to do, just let it go.  Then when you get your sleep up you can attack the world.  Be smart and go take a nap:) FEEL THE BURN!!!!!
