Are you watching the Olympics?  You should!!!!  Heres the thing:  since you are involved in CrossFit and the Inferno training, you have now experienced many of the events that you will be watching.  All the Olympic Lifting, rowing, running, gymnastics stuff, etc!  Now you can wacth the best in the world at these different movements and appreciate what they are doing!  This is one of my favorite 2 weeks:)

INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:


Nasty Girls

     3 Rounds:

          50 reps Air Squats

           7 reps Muscle Ups

          10 reps Hang Power Cleans (135#, 95#)




20-15-10-5 reps

     Strict Pull-ups

     Toes to Bar with twist on each rep
