I want you to take a true assessment of your health. There are many things that go into health.  Its not just are you eating Burger King everyday.  Its not that you spent four days in the gym this week.  You need to look at EVERYTHING that affects your health:  Workout routine, Mobility, Nutrition, Eating style, Supplements, Amount and type of Sleep, Level of Stress in your life, the way you treat your injuries, do you have any preventative care, etc.  I know this will seem tedious but before you can actually assess your health and what you are doing for yourself, it will take some time to honestly look at everything.  Dont let yourself say "well I eat pretty healthy",  or "I do a decent amount of working outs".  You MUST be specific.  From this list, you will be able to see what you need to adjust and tweak to make your life healthier.  Remember Coach Glassman's definition of health is "Fitness Over Time".  The longer you are fit, the healthier you are.  How healthy/fit are you?
