Well it feels like the day after Christmas now that the Games are over but it makes me think about what I want from myself for next year.  I always have high expectations for myself, and you should to.  Of course, I cant just say I want to get to the Games (even though that is what I want), I NEED to set up a plan.  This is goal setting.  Once I establish my goal, I need to plot out a systematic course for how it will be achieved.  Goals don't just happen.  You need to MAKE them happen.  So figure out the time frame, be realistic.  Figure what you need to do and how you will make it happen.  There will be certain sacrifices.  Are you willing to make those sacrifices?  Everyone always says yes the first week but those that can keep on track to the end have the best shot at success.  Then, its a matter of being confident in the path you have picked.  Don't get all jerked around in different directions.  Pick a path and go!  Trust your plan!

Thursday and Friday at 730pm and Saturday at 1045 will be the second week of our ON-RAMP Class.  This will be every week during these times.  For those unlimited members that still have not taken the Foundations Class, you MUST take this class.  For new UNLIMITED AND 2/WK members, this is required for you!  Its six, one hour sessions that will give you the basics in all the movement we do in INFERNO training.  This will help to ensure that you get the most out of your workouts and that you are moving in the correct and safe manner.
