Today we will begin our CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE!!!!!!  This is an 8 week challenge to see what happens when you eat a diet that is similar to what the cavemen and women back in the PALEOLITHIC ERA!  The theory behind the diet is that since our genes haven't evolved that much in the past 100,000 years, we should be eating a diet that is meant for our body.  Back in those days, we were bigger, stronger and healthier and we would eat what you could kill, catch, or pick.  Today, there are many diets out there whose whole purpose is weight loss.  This doesn't mean health though.  And even though we are only doing our challenge for 8 weeks, it is something that you can do for the rest of your life.  Its NOT a QUANTITY restricted diet, in fact you can eat as much as you want.  It is a CALORIC restrictive diet.  This means that you will be eating foods that are low in calorie, or have a low glycemic indexing in your body.  The basic recipe is this: " Eat Meats, Vegetables, Good Fats and Nuts, Some Fruit, Little Starch, No Wheat/Bread/Rice/Grain, No Dairy.  Make it all whole foods and nothing processed."  If you are able to do this, you will see a drastic change in your body, in your energy levels, and your performance in everything you do!!!  So tonight come to the 730PM class and listen to the lecture, pay your $30 entry fee, get your before pictures (so come dressed ready to show some skin.....but only for the pictures!!!), and get ready for a great experiment!!!
