Fitness can be done anywhere. It doesn't have to be done in a gym. You do not need the top of the line equipment.  All you need are some objects, a bar to pull your self up and some creativity.  Today is about getting outside.  If you have the ability to go to the beach, then do it!  If you have sand volleyball courts, use them. If you have a regular park with grass, use it.  Fitness is fun and is everywhere.  Have fun with it!!!

Complete the following:


Beach Flag Sprints

     20 reps of 30 yards

     *Every minute on the min you will lay down on your stomach with your hands on top of each other with your chin on top of your hands, you hips will touch the ground, your legs are extended and heels touching.  At go, you will get up as fast as you can and sprint to the 30 yard mark.  Lay down on that line and then sprint back at the minute.  Go for Speed!!!  Do it in the sand if you have the ability.




Tabata Toes to Bar

    *8 rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest.  Go for max reps during the 20 seconds on.
