I'm not going to say that I will workout more. I'm not going to say that I will eat right. I already know that my workouts will help with all the stress in my life. I already know that the way I eat will help me workout better. But I will do this for you, I promise to give you a MINIMUM of 7 hours of sleep a night. I will shoot for 8 but ill make sure to get 7. This is VERY important in making you a better athlete, a better person and a better dad. Why you might ask? Well, you need to make sure you have enough rest so that you can do ALL the things you do daily. You will be more alert, and less reactionary to different things. You will reduce the amount of cortisol in your body which is a stress hormone and makes you awake and responsive. The problem with too much unnecessary cortisol is that it breaks down your own body tissues for energy. So more sleep, reduces excess cortisol and allows your body to heal and repair. So we are going to make you the best body we can, plus a more pleasant guy and a more bad ass athlete! Its going to be a good year!
On Saturday January 7 at 5pm-8pm at the Avila Wine Company in Avila, we will be doing a fun event for all INFERNO Family members (and this means Northern people and SLO people)!
