The wrapping paper pile is thrown away.  All the presents are now unwrapped and folded and stacked.  Did Santa treat you well?  Hopefully he was able to hook all you little crossfitters up with some cool workout stuff.  Maybe a lacrosse ball or kettle bell or some snazzy tights.  Either way, its time to get back on track!  Don't be one of those "i'll wait until the New Years to start my training".  We will be open all week on the normal schedule except for Saturday.  We will only have one class then so come one and come all!!!
