The craziness of the final week before Christmas begins and with that comes stress, irritation, and anger.  I saw a older woman the other day wanting to push her cart by a little boy playing on the demo Wii game at Target and he was well entrenched into the game.  She called him a crazy kid the first time she went by and then called him a dumb kid the next time.  She was so rude!!!!!!  He was like 5 or 6 years old and just into his little world.  This VERY rude lady could have very easily gone around or at least said excuse me.  But nope.  Needless to say the child's dad had some very choice words for her.  Now I know its the holiday time but the only holiday thing this lady should have gotten was a large piece of coal!!!!  Well I hope all of you are able to keep it together during this last week, and to help out, we will have our normal workout schedule all week.  The only difference will be that we are having only 1 class on Saturday, the 930am class.  We will be doing the 12 days of Christmas workout!  It will be fun!!  So if you are in town, and even if you have family, bring em for a free fun workout!!!!  Have a great week!!!
