Ok so we have a little time with the GRASS FED, FREE RANGE beef!!  BUT.....we need to have our minimum of 10 splits on the cow.  So let us know if you are interested!!  EMAIL US!!!  The time frame is about a month or so after its slaughtered we can get the meat.

Yesterday we talked about testing yourself.  Just like each day here in the gym, today is a great one to test yourself.  I'm calling it Fortitude because i want to see how much fortitude you have.  Do you know what fortitude is?  Here's the definition: "mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, danger, or temptation courageously".   How much do you have?  This is one of those things where only you can look in the mirror and really answer it.  From a coaches perspective its really interesting to see when someone really gets pushed how their TRUE person comes out.  You will see their true colors, their true strengths and their true weakness.  We can better our fortitude by practicing it here!!! PUSH YOURSELF!!
