What does it take for someone to make a change in their life, their routine?  Usually for someone to make a drastic change it take some extraordinary event.  Usually people decide to change their diet when the doctor tells them they will die eating the way they are eating.  Or if someone watches a family member struggle, it may cause them to change things in their life.  Even though we are just a gym, we actually watch some pretty extraordinary events happen that change peoples lives and routine.  No its not an easy thing for these changes to happen but when they do its like a big explosion of light!  We see confidence in women shoot through the roof when they feel strong because they lift weights.  We see older members feeling and moving better than they have their entire life.  We see people eating differently and then asthma, or other ailments disappearing.  Yes it sounds like magic.  But it really isn't.  Its hard work and the desire to make something great happen.  Make something great happen in your life!!  Bring someone here and make something  great happen to their life!!!

     *Max reps Weighted Push-up (50% of 1RM)

     *Max reps Pull-ups

Go directly from the push-ups to the pull up without any rest.  Take 4 minutes rest between rounds.
