So is everyone a little sore from the start of the Burpee Challenge? HAHAH I hope not!! Remember this is a workout in endurance! Can you make it the 100 days? We push most of the time to go hard and fast. But this is a 100 day event. Have fun with it.....like you are...but do everything in your power to stay in the game!! For those that are counting.....its actually 5050 burpees. Piece of cake!

Complete the following:
Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes
2 reps Hang Squat Clean (85% of 1RM)
*You must deadlift it to a stopped position before you start your first clean. If you are unable to get the 2 reps in a minute then you owe 5 burpees for each round not completed. These do not have to be touch and go but they both need to be completed in the time.
Front Rack Weighted Barbell Carry
*Take the bar off the rack and then walk the length of the black mat, turn and return without dropping.
