High Intensity....means you are working out as hard as you possible can, as fast as you can, as heavy as you can or as many as you can.  When you push yourself to the limit you body goes through stresses that demand a change.  Your body HAS to do something to make it stronger, faster, more powerful.  There are products on the market that try to give this effect without doing the work.  All this does is reinforce your body NOT to do what it needs to do.  When you push it, it has no choice but to work better for you.  So, when you come to the gym get ready to lay it all on the line.  Dig deep and give everything you have.  You should be physically exhausted when you are done.  Now granted some days will be better than others but the point is to give whatever you have.  If you come in and just "make your way though" the workouts, then you are not getting what you are paying for.  In fact you are just getting a short exercise rather than a high intensity workout.  Do you want a physical change when you come in?

I heard that a man was threatened with his life if he grew a mustache for the month of MO'vember.  I was saddened by this.  Do I look good in a mustache?  No I really don't and neither my girl friend nor my daughter like it.  BUT, its not done to just have a mustache, its done to show my commitment towards the eradication of Prostate Cancer.  Men don't look good wearing pink shirts, and football players look silly with pink shoes and jerseys but everyone is doing it because its accepted.  This month it IS acceptable to wear those silly 70's porn staches, those Freddie Mercury lip warmers, or those crazy fu-man-chu whiskers in support of Men's Health.  Have some fun with it ladies!!  Pretend you are a 70's beauty queen rockin' it with your fuzzy lipped Ron Burgendy.  Besides, its only for 24 more days:)
